JAMES WILLIAM GEORGE MANNING Passed away peacefully on June 17, 2014 at the age of 83 years. He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife, Marjorie Manning, children; Doug (Kathy) Manning of Kelowna, Judy (Jack) Fleming of Kelowna, five grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, siblings; Margaret Johnson of Surrey, Grace (Claire) Morris of Penticton, Betty (Stuart) Waddell of Penticton, and Georgina (Dennis) Wyatt of Kelowna. Sadly predeceased by brothers; Wesley, Gilbert and sister, Chris Farrell. Jim worked in the automotive industry for 40 years. He loved to golf and curl. He was a long-time member of the Penticton Golf & Country Club. A celebration of life will be held on June 27, 2014 at 1:00 pm at the Parkview Chapel, 1258 Main Street, Penticton, BC.
