Vass, Isabel Grace Passed away with her family by her side on June 26, 2014 at the age of 84 years. She is lovingly remembered by her family; three children, Cathy (Jacques) Vass of Kamloops, Margie McPhee of Abbotsford and Robert (Rosemary) Vass of Mission, daughter in law, Joanne Vass of Kingston; eleven grandchildren, Laurie, John (Krista), Casey, Cameron (Alana), Jason, Dan (Melanie) Jenn, Todd (Tanis), Cathy, Amanda (Vince) and Michael; eight great grandchildren, Janaye, Joey, Aidan, Benjamin, Abbey, Dawson, Ella and Kateri; many special nieces and nephews; two sisters, Catherine Metcalf and Julie McPhee both of Penticton. She was sadly predeceased by her husband Donald; son John; brother in laws, Frank Metcalf, Jim McPhee and Dave Vass as well as son in law, Bruce McPhee. Isabel had a full life surrounded by her family and friends. A memorial service to celebrate the life of Isabel will be held on Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. at Providence Funeral Homes, 1258 Main Street, Penticton, BC with Padre John Briscall officiating and reception to follow at 4:00 pm at the Redwing Clubhouse. Interment will be held on July 3, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at Lakeview Cemetery, Penticton, BC. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
