HOOKHAM, PATRICIA ANN: It is with great sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Pat, age 67. Predeceased by parents Earle and Audrey, lovingly remembered and greatly missed by her children Sabrina (Kelvin), Nicole (Greg) and Don, three grandchildren Jordan, Sarah and Haiden, best friend Vicki and siblings Sandra, Lynda and Ron.
