RAMSAY, Helen March 27, 1923 - August 23, 2014 Born Helen McDougall in Kelowna in 1923, she graduated from the University of Alberta in Sciences in 1944. Helen returned to Kelowna in the 50's where she resided the rest of her life. A breast cancer survivor of 45 years. Predeceased by her husband William Ramsay in 1975. Survived by her children, James Ramsay of Vancouver and Barb Miller of Coquitlam, and grandchildren Graham and Jaiden. Friends so wishing may make donations to the Hospice House, Kelowna BC.
