HNYDA, EDWIN JOSEPH March 17, 1937 - August 31, 2014 Ed passed away peacefully at Moog and Friends Hospice House on Sunday, August 31, 2014 with his granddaughter, Andrea, at his side. Predeceased by his parents; Joseph and Theresa and siblings; Rudy, Mary, Ann, Jackie, Eleanor and Rose. Lovingly remembered by his wife of 56 years, Martha Joanne (nee Moses), daughters; Debbie (Bill) Senger, Kathy (Steve) Clément, Teri Warner and Angie Hnyda, grandchildren; Andrea (Owen), Shaylon (Kenny), Ashley (Lyndsay), and Michael, great grandsons; Ewan, Ciaran and Thane, sister, Terry (Don) Alexander and many nieces, nephews (great and great greats), cousins and dear friends and neighbours. Ed loved fishing, camping, gardening and making amazing soups and baron-of-beef. He will be remembered for his gigantic heart, stories, jokes and the mischievous twinkle in his eye.
