MCNEILL, Frank Passed away at the Summerland ECU on November 4, 2014 at the age of 93 years. Frank was an avid bowler from the time he started in 1969, bowling both five and ten pin. Recently he has bowled at Sun Country Bowl. Frank was a Mr. Fixit for many years in Okanagan Falls. He will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his daughter Linda May Best (Edward), son Frederick Duncan McNeill (Molly), five grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He was sadly predeceased by his wife Cathleen in 2003. Special thanks to Lynn for her years of care, support, and friendship. There will be a gathering for family and close friends at a later date.
