ADAMS, CHARLES HUGH: Died peacefully on November 22, 2014. Charles had an interesting and challenging life. He was a long term resident of the Okanagan, although his work as an insurance adjuster took him to various places in BC. He was also a proud member of the Canadian Scottish Regiment, survived the D-Day landings and numerous encounters through North Western Europe during WWII. Charlie is predeceased by Jean, his beloved wife of over 60 years, sisters; Mary and Olive. He left his son, Richard (Bonnie), three grandchildren and four great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on December 1, 2014 at 11:00 am at Parkview Funeral Chapel, 1258 Main Street, Penticton, BC with interment to follow at the Penticton Lakeview Cemetery.
