HOUSTON, Dian L.P.: Jan. 10, 1942 - Nov. 27, 2014 Houston, Dian Lenora Phyllis January 10, 1942 - November 27, 2014 Dian is survived by her husband Lorne of Kaleden, BC, and her son Gregory of Prince George, BC. She is predeceased by her parents Reginald and Joan Burton, and sister Patricia of Nanaimo, BC. Dian was born and raised in Nanaimo and trained as a Registered Nurse at Royal Jubilee Hospital in Victoria. Dian obtained her Public Health Diploma and moved to Prince George where she spent her career as a Public Health Nurse with Northern Interior Health, retiring in 1998. Dian touched the hearts of all she met, and will be fondly remembered for her amazing flower gardens. A special thanks to Dr's Robertson and Nixon, and the Nurses and staff at Moog & Friends Hospice House in Penticton. There will be a Celebration of Life for Dian at a later date.
