KUZYK, Anthony (Tony) 1922 - 2014 Tony passed away peacefully at the Hamlets in Penticton after a short illness. He was predeceased by his wife, Nina, in June, 2000. Born in Hadenkiwci, Galcia, Tony immigrated to Canada when he was seven years old with his mother and his brother, Mike. He is survived by his son, Allan; three brothers, Mike of Penticton, Casey of Edmonton and Stan of Calgary; one sister, Jerri of Penticton as well as many nieces and nephews. He spent most of his life in the pop bottling business, mainly with the Pepsi company, where he worked as a manager/accountant. He retired in 1975 and he and Nina moved to Penticton. It was here, with two partners, that he opened his own pop bottling plant, which he called Penticton Mr. Pop. He felt Penticton was the perfect spot for this type of business. Tony was an avid golfer and was a long-time member of the Penticton Golf and Country Club. There will be no service by request. Cremation arrangements in care of Everden Rust Funeral Services.
