GREFFEN, Gordon: Passed away at Kelowna General Hospital on February 25, 2015 at the age of 73. He is survived by his daughter Janice Johnson (Bruce), his son Steven Greffen (Jennifer), granddaughter Gabrielle and his brother John Greffen (Doreen) and their 2 sons Michael Greffen (Linda) and Mark Greffen (Abra). Gordon was born in Claresholm, Alberta and raised on a farm at Parkland, Alberta. He then went on to receive his Master's Degree at the University of Calgary, and began his career in education. Retirement brought on relaxation, playing his grand piano, photography, and travelling with mom. A service will be held on Tuesday, March 3, 2015 at 1:00 pm at Springfield Funeral Home, 2020 Springfield Road, Kelowna, BC. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Kelowna General Hospital Foundation - Cardiac Unit, 2268 Pandosy Street, Kelowna, BC, V1Y 1T2.
