HENDREN, Doreen "Deanie" Christena (Mack): January 19, 1930 - March 6, 2015. It is with great sadness, we announce the sudden passing of Deanie: sister, aunt, cousin and friend. She is predeceased by her husband, Jack, in October 2014; her sister Bernice Bush and Vera Forseth. Doreen is survived by her sisters Helen Agnew, Shirley Traviss; brother-in-law Allan (Bonnie) and many nieces, nephews and friends. Deanie was loved by all who knew her, she had such an infectiously happy positive outlook on life. Her kindness and cheerfulness will be dearly missed by all. Doreen worked in the insurance industry for over 40 years; retiring in 1990. She spent many "Happy Hours" with Jack on their 28 foot sailboat - "After Five" sailing the BC Coastline. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 18th, 2015 from noon to 4:00pm at 140 East Keith Rd. North Vancouver, BC.
