GEBER-GREVELING, Veronika In sorrow, the family of Veronika Greveling (nee GEBER) announce her passing at the age of 60, on August 26th, 2013 at the Village of Smith Creek Care Facility in West Kelowna. Veronika was born in Szekelkeve, Yugoslavia (now Skorenovac) on January 21, 1953 and immigrated to Canada in 1971. She will be lovingly remembered by her former husband, Todd Greveling and his family, Veronika's parents, Andras and Elizabeth Geber, brother Ferenc (Leona) Geber, sisters Adela (George) Vorisek, Magdolna Medic, Elizabeth Tabur and Anna (Tony) Horvat, her many nieces and nephews and their children. A special thank you to the caring staff at Smith Creek. A long-time Westbank resident, Veronika dedicated her life to her family and friends. Always elegant, patient and joyful, she was a beacon of light for all who knew her. Prayers will be held 7:00 - 9:00 P.M. Friday, August 30, 2013 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 2547 Hebert Rd., West Kelowna. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:00 A.M., Saturday, August 31st at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, West Kelowna.
