STANOJEVIC, VELIMIR 1944 - 2013 Velimir Stanojevic passed away suddenly on September 11, 2013 at Kelowna, BC at the age of 69 years. Velimir will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 35 years, Slavica; daughters Dragana Stanojevic of Calgary and Jelena Stanojevic of Kelowna; grandchildren Dominic and Elijah Pennant of Calgary and Sienna Mainzer of Kelowna; numerous family and friends in Canada and in Serbia. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him; his life will be celebrated by family and friends, and his memory will live on always. A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, September 14, 2013 at St. Ilija Serbian Orthodox Missionary Parish, 585 Gerstmar Road, Kelowna, BC. Interment will follow at Lakeview Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 2850 Dry Valley Road, Kelowna, BC.
