MOEN, Herbert Neil Born April 30, 1927 in Broderick, Saskatchewan. He passed away peacefully at Kelowna Hospice on December 1, 2013. Neil attended school in Saskatoon and held various credit manager positions in Regina, Calgary and Victoria, BC. Survived by his loving wife Vivian, Kelowna; son Gregg and grandchildren Aren and Haley all of Victoria, also his sister Elinore Wastell, Kelowna.
