McKEE, Doreen Susan March 24, 1926 - January 2, 2014 Mom passed away peacefully on January 2nd at the Sutherland Hills Rest Home at the age of 87. Predeceased by her loving husband John and son Jack, Doreen is survived by son Bob (Anne) McKee, daughter Deborah (Ron) Dillabough, brothers: Ross (Jeanie) and Carson (Barb) Bell, sister Jean (Bob) Dawes, grandchildren: Carson, Shelda, Shauna and Lacey and numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Mom loved music, especially playing her piano. She had a green thumb and filled her house with plants and flowers. Besides her family, most of all she loved the Toronto Blue Jays. You would know this if you tried to call her when a game was on. Mom will be sadly missed by her family and the many friends she made over the years. Special thanks to the staff of Sutherland Hills for their thoughtful care. At Mom's request there will be no service.
