LETOURNEAU, Robert Edward Joseph November 22, 1941 - January 20, 2014 During the week of January 16th, Bob Letourneau, known to many as 'the appliance man', fulfilled a life-long dream of going ice-fishing in the Yukon with his best friend. He returned a very happy man, full of his fishing stories and in awe of the North Country. Bob died the morning after he returned. He leaves behind his loving wife Chris and her family; his son D'Arcy, his brother Conrad and sister Colette and their spouses; three biological grandchildren and eight step-grandchildren; and his two most precious furry friends - Ming and Chai, his beloved Shih Tzus. The family wishes to thank Dr. Hignell, Dr. Koss and the medical and support staff at the Guisachan Family Medical Clinic for their care, kindness and understanding over the past several difficult years. As well, we would like to thank all the first responders who attended to Bob. A celebration of Bob's life will be held at a future date; but for now, he's just Gone Fishin'.
