SINGH, LORRAINE May 07,1942 - March 02, 2014 Lorraine Singh passed away in Penticton after a courageous battle with cancer surrounded by her loving family. Lorraine was a resident of Penticton for over 40 years. She was a devoted mother, loving grandmother, caring sister and dedicated kindergarten teacher to many. After her retirement in 1999, she traveled the globe where her positive attitude and love for chatting made her new friends around the world. Lorraine is survived by her children Kulwant (Amerjeet), Kumel (Ronnie), Calvin (Elizabeth), Dev (Sharon) as well as her 10 grandchildren who adored her and her siblings Bill, Louise and Sharon. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, March 4th, 2014 at 11am at Everden Rust Funeral Services located at 1130 Carmi Avenue, Penticton. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Moog & Friends Hospice. Lorraine and her family were grateful for the kindness and care the staff provided.
