GUNNLAUGSON, Lance Christian It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Lance Gunnlaugson of Carroll's Landing/Oyama/Ahwatukee at the age of 61. He passed away Saturday, April 5, 2014 with close family at his side. Lance was a local lawyer in Kelowna for over 30 years but he was most known for his love of family, gardening, dirty jokes, radios and thought provoking conversation. He will be sorely missed by many friends which cover everywhere he has lived. Lance was a man of few but very pithful words and could always bring a laugh out of any crowd. He is survived by is loving wife Iona Howell of 35 years and his two children Chris (CB) and Lisa (Corny). No service will be held at his request. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Ducks Unlimited or the SPCA in honour of his love for all animals.
