BRITTAIN, FREDA: Peacefully passed away on Friday July 19th, 2013 in her 99th year. Predeceased by her first husband; Fred Goddard , and her second husband; Jim Brittain, as well as her daughter; Judith Clements. Freda leaves behind her grandchildren Dawn (Doug), and Scott (Elizabeth), great-grandchildren Stephanie, Steven, Zachary and Nicholas, and her sister Anna Phillips-Cyr, and many extended family members. Freda spent most of her life in the sunny Okanagan and her last five years in Ontario, with Dawn & Doug and her two golden pals, Hailey and Hanna. A Memorial Service will be taking place at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Penticton, 1370 Church St on August 9th at 2pm. In memory of Freda, donations to the Heart & Stroke would be greatly appreciated.
