LOW, James Edward (Jimmy) Born in Toronto Jan. 6, 1921 Died in North Vancouver June 25, 2014 Jimmy is survived by his wife of 65 years, Lois Jean Low (Cousins), his daughter Judy (Tom), son Terry (Shirley), grandchildren: Christopher, Jennifer and Michael; great-grandchildren: Ethan, Emily, Trevor and Nolan. Predeceased by twin sons and infant daughter and grandchild Kelly. Jimmy served for 5 years with the Canadian Air Force in World War II. Old time hockey fans in the Kelowna area will remember Jimmy as playing on the first Kelowna Packers Hockey team 1949, as well as playing hockey and baseball. Jimmy also coached minor sports over the years. Jimmy will always be remembered for his great stories of playing baseball, fastball and hockey in different parts of Canada and the U.S.A. There will be no services. If you want to remember Jimmy, make donations to one of your favorite local children's sports organizations. Sadly Missed, Always Loved.
