BUTLER, Charles 1921 - 2014 Predeceased by wife Phyllis in 2004, also many brothers, sisters and family members. Survived by daughter, Coleen; son, Robin (Jo); five grandchildren, Shawn (Francine), Jacquelyn (Tobias), Jennifer (Doug), Cameron (Alisha) and Randy; seven great grandchildren, Braedon, Isabella, Ashton, Myla, Emery, Owen and Madison; special niece Dawn (Peter) and sons Kyle and Nolan. Charles (Chuck) was born in Hanley, Sask. and spent his early years in the dairy industry. In 1939 he joined the Armed Forces and served in England, Sicily, Italy and Holland, returning to Canada in 1945. In 1952 he moved to Kelowna and was employed in the fruit industry. He was a true family man and proud to be a member of the Royal Canadian Legion and Masonic Lodge for over 60 years. As requested there will be no funeral.
