TKACHUK, William October 9, 1926 - December 20, 2014 William (Bill) Tkachuk, passed away peacefully on December 20, 2014 at the age of 88 years. He is survived by his family, daughter, Judy Guglich, daughter-in-law, Pamela Tkachuk, daughter, Gloria (David) Grykuliak; 9 grandchildren, Nathan, Ryan, Crystal, Tyson, Heather, Wendy (Christopher), Kimberly (Shane), Adam, Kevin; 14 great-grandchildren; two large extended families with numerous step-daughters, step-sons, and step-grandchildren/great grandchildren; brother Sam (Katherine), sister Lillian; numerous nieces and nephews; family and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, John and Catherine, sister, Pearl Shapka, brother, George Tkachuk, and his son, Barry Wm. Tkachuk. As per William's request, there will be no funeral service. Family and Friends are invited to pay their respects on Monday, December 29, 2014, 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm at Memories Funeral Home, 13403 - St. Albert Trail, Edmonton, AB. A viewing to take place in Penticton, BC on Friday, January 2, 2015, 9:30 am to 10:30 am at Parkview Funeral Home, 1258 Main St., with burial to follow at 11:00 am, at Lakeview Cemetery, 775 Lower Bench Road, Penticton, BC.
