KIFF, Robert John: Following a lengthy and courageous struggle, passed away on Friday, December 26, 2014 in Port Alberni at 63 years of age. Predeceased by his parents Al and Audrey Kiff, he is survived by his wife Tina-Joy, who loved him very much, sisters: Kathy Jackson (Jim), Mary Baillie (Rod) and Jan Maly (Rob) as well as numerous nieces, nephews and many close friends. He will also be missed by his four legged companions Ripper and Winnie. Robert was an avid outdoorsman. He loved hunting, fishing, gardening or just sitting outside with family and friends around the fire. Robert attended Thunder Bay University where he earned a degree in Biology. Bob was an excellent bar tender, fought fires in Ontario and for a good part of his working life was charter fishering and working with DFO on fish enhancement/management. A private gathering will be held. Cremation has taken place.
