JACOBSON, Donna Lynn: October 19, 1954 - July 29, 2015. It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Donna Lynn Jacobson. Donna was born in Trail, BC and moved to Penticton in 1978. Although she was always a small town girl she loved to travel and ventured to many places in Canada and around the world. She had a terrific zest for life and spent countless hours exploring other countries and walking along their beaches on her many vacations. She was active in sports and made many lifelong friends playing racquetball and softball. Donna retired in 2011 after 25 years of service with the CRA but continued to remain active with her travels and her love of Zumba and sketching. Donna is survived by Tom, her husband of 26 years, her daughter Terri Lynn Lamb, her three grandchildren Justin, Jordan and Kendra, her three brothers Terry (Wendy), Kirby (Joanne) and Ken (Christine) along with her nieces Sarah, Nicole, Rebecca and Felicia and her nephew Christopher. Donna touched many of our lives over the years and her many friends and family are invited to a celebration of her life to be held Saturday, August 22 from 2:00 to 4:00 at the Sandman Inn in Penticton.
