SAUNDERS, TAMMY LEE It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our wife and mother on March 8, 2014 at the Moog and Friends Hospice House in Penticton. Tammy is survived by her loving husband Owen, daughter Emily, and son Kevin. She also leaves behind her father and mother Merv and Louise McKague of Ashcroft, B.C. her twin brother Todd, older brother Murray and Grandmother Joyce Freeman. Tammy was born July 1, 1964 in Kamloops B.C. She attended elementary and high school in her home town of Ashcroft and later was a student at Cariboo and Capilano Colleges. Tammy and Owen were married in 1986 at the Ashcroft Manor and later moved to North Vancouver. They relocated to Penticton in 1994 to raise a family. There will be no funeral nor memorial in keeping with her wishes. A celebration of Tammy's life will take place on Saturday March 15, 2014 between 1 and 4 pm at the Penticton Seniors Centre, 2965 South Main Street. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
