He is survived by his loving family: wife, Liz, of 31 years; parents, Hans and Gerda; sister, Ineke (Ed) Korver; niece, Carina (Robin) de Bruin; great niece, Yara; great nephew, Lucca; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Anneke (Kees) Stelling; brother-in-law, Ron (Renate) van Schaik; nephews, Rick and Robin; all from The Netherlands; numerous other relatives and friends in The Netherlands and many dear friends in Canada.
